I made my father-in-law a quilt with a golf theme. He loves to quilt and I thought it would be fun to make him a quilt. I wanted to keep the golf fabrics big so settled on a disappearing 9-patch pattern using layer cake squares. I also set the cut up 9-patches in a non-random way creating a different design. I gifted it for his September birthday in 2017.
