The baby quilt that almost wasn't

The church women's news letter had several items of interest one week. The biggest event was a baby shower for a church member, she's having a girl. I have the stuff to start a baby quilt, I went back to find out when the shower was.... no date, no time, just who to contact for different ways to help. Hmmmmm, emailed back, is there a date and time for the shower, it would help me with a time line to finish in time. Insert the admin's head slap here. Well, the quilt is done, with a few days to spare. Thank goodness.
