Black and white

I love the bold look of black and white fabric but I wanted to add a third color that wasn't red. I found a perfect tan color to complement the black. I felt that this fabric lended itself to a more contemporary pattern with clean lines...most appropriate for a young man. I found the perfect pattern called "Spring Thaw" by Fons and Porter. I made this quilt for my daughter's boyfriend as a Christmas gift. He loves it.
