Chevron Quilt

Second quilt i ever made after taking a quilting class to learn how to square up blocks. Made from HSTs, my first design that i had planned didnt pan out... It looked unbalanced. So i played around with the blocks for an hour or two and realised i could make a zigzag out of it. Quarter inch quilting lines on either side of the seams (i still dont have a walking foot and FMQ foot) and scrappy binding of the red fabric and the quilt backing fabric. Im so proud of it!
