Tessellations in squares.

This is part of this years sprint to Christmas. I had a matched pair of layercakes that had been in my stash for over a year. I came across this old tutorial and thought I'd give it a shot. When I'd made it through the first layercake I hated the outcome. It just didn't look right. I felt as though I was committed at that point and soldiered on. Now, I find I like it.
