Patchwork Garden

My sister called me and asked me to create a baby quilt for one of her friends. The only catch was I only had one week... Ha! I took on the challenge. I use the 'Double Slice' pattern thinking it be quick and fun. And it was! I use FQs from my stash, cut them in to 10" squares and followed the pattern. After washing it finished at 43 inches square. My sister loves the bright colors and is sure the new mom-to-be will also. It's only the third quilt I have FMQ and I am feeling more confident. It isn't perfect but it's done!! And I'm happy with how it turned out.
