Square Dance Quilt

My mother-in-law has had a rough couple of years being in the nursing home. She wishes she could in her home. It's just not possible. My husband asked me to make her a quilt using her favorite color, pink. I saw Jenny's tutorial on the Square Dance Quilt and thought that would be perfect. I found the Sukura charm packs by Moda and I was all set to make a Mother's Day Quilt for my mother-in-law. I had my long-arm quilter do a hummingbird pattern on the quilt (mom loves hummingbirds) and on an extra block I had with the idea I'd make a coordinating pillow. I finished hand stitching the binding on last night and we're putting it in the mail today so my sister-sin-law can give it to her for us on Mother's Day. Thanks for looking.
