Vintage Typewriter Collector's Quilt

My son and his girlfriend each have their own vintage typewriters. When I came across the line "Type" by Julia Rothman and the Typeface quilt pattern by Heather Jones, I just had to make this quilt for them! This was my first large quilt - a queen size. I had a lot of fun making this quilt as the fabrics were fun to look at! I did have some learning on the quilting part, even though I just did stitch in the ditch. In hindsight, I could have approached that part differently and made life a bit easier on myself. The good news is that, despite my beginner quilting mistakes, the quilt has been washed a few times already and so far, so good! :)
