Melissa's Superheroes

A cousin asked for a graduation throw for her daughter, Melissa. Specifically a cross with superhero images. This is my very first attempt at designing, piecing, & FMQ on a home machine. I learned much from this challenge! I have a new appreciation for pattern designers now! Primary colors are dominate in the superheroes fabric but didn't want a juvenile feel so I decided to add Law School colors of Purple & Black.
