Flanel quilt with embroidery squares surrounded by

I love to quilt and to do hand embroidery so this quilt was a lot of fun for me to make. It has a fall woodsy theme. I designed some of the embroidery blocks the duck the fish and the fishing lure. The others were from a magazine. I designed this quilt to surround the blocks. After I completed it I decided it lacked something so I appliqued the burgundy accent around the embroidered block centers which sneaks into the adjacent block. Fall is near so I will use this to snuggle up in on my sofa.
