Round the flower garden

This is my first quilt. A friend was recovering from major surgery and although I had not sewn anything by machine in about 15 years I really wanted to do this for her. I mentioned to another friend my idea and she immediately grabbed some fabric from her large stash that we thought our first friend would like. I started cutting it out and excited pulled out my old machine to start sewing and it wouldn't work. So I ended up borrowing a machine from the friend who gave me the fabric. So this quilt is as much from her as me. I went on line to look for any videos on sewing and quilting to refresh my memory and promptly discovered Jenny! I think I watched all her videos over a 2 or 3 day period. Needless to say this quilt owes Jenny a lot too! By the way my husband loves to watch with me as well and he especially loves the quaking duck
