Autumn at the Altar

Autumn at the Altar

My version of Summer at the Park for a nephew's fall marriage. The checkerboard border is to represent all the 'firsts' in the couple's lives. First breathe, step, kiss, etc. The corners of the border symbolize how life sometimes throws us 'curves' and how we must work those into the plans. No, no Fall colors as the bride's favorite is mint green, so those chosen are to show how different parts of their personalities can be arranged to bring about a pleasing, harmonious whole.
