Anna's Quilt

I was the photographer for our humane society's annual fund-raising calendar, and made a dear friend from Germany. She's a graphic artist, and has traveled all over Europe with France being a favorite. She loves handmade items, and I wanted to make something special for her. This print made me think of the French countryside. I used Jenny's "Double Sliced Layer Cake" tutorial because it really shows off the print.
