Stonehenge Block Party - Retro

My friend wanted me to make a quilt for her. She likes the Missouri Star Stonehenge Block Party. But she wanted more ... traditional fabrics. The colors she gave me tracked more repro fabrics. Fortunately she wanted a color to color match to the block. I loved turning this block into a full size quilt. The secondary pattern that emerges is really beautiful. I just did a simple stitch in the ditch to avoid having the quilting take away from the block pattern.
