Wedding quilt

I was fortunate to be "be in the area of Hamilton, Missouri" in March, so I stopped by and picked up a layer cake of "Cattle Drive". The son of the neighboring ranch to us here in north east CA, was getting married over the 4th of July Holiday and I wanted to make the new couple a wedding quilt. This quilt was made with a pattern from Missouri Star Quilt company Block Magazine, the layer cake and plain muslin for the background. I added the blue check border and red flange from other fabric lines. It's a late gift, but I hope they treasure it!
