Oh, my! Have you ever worked on a project that just kept growing? That is how I felt while working on this quilt. It started out with one little bird followed by some hearts and then flowers. Aha, I think I will make it into a quilt. I added more blocks, drawing some and getting others from a book purchases years ago. I added sashing and then came up with the border. The yo yo's added a little fun to the overall quilt. Then the quilting! It took me several weeks to finish it up. Although I am not a fan of purple, it grew on me enough that I think I will keep it!
