A quilt for Mom

My daughter wanted to learn to quilt, so we chose an easy pattern to make, each one of us working on our own project at the same time so we could help each other with any problems that we encountered. While I chose autumn colored and themed fabrics for my quilt so it would blend with my mother's living room colors, Rachael chose rich jewel-toned fabrics for hers. Although they are the same pattern, they are two distinctly different finished pieces!
