Beautiful Stars

I worked with a ladies group who would help in charitable organizations in India. We would help the under privileged children / old people's home/ Cancer hospital for children & orphanages. We would raise funds by having fund raiser Ball - bazaars - and selling raffles tickets. I chose to make a Quilt for a raffle two years ago and went to my favourite fabric store in Chennai/ India bought some nice cotton fabric which complimented each other then bought backing and came home with a design I had in mind - the design was by Moda quilts - I can't remember the name but it was a lot of cutting and sewing. We raised 30000 Rupees which is 600 dollars for our charity. :) I was happy to able to help :)
