Ian's Disappearing 9 Patch

My son asked for a new quilt to match his his school colors of red, white and black. Mission accomplished until the first washing...then this quilt broke my heart...the red and white flannel backing turned the white a glorious shade of pink...my son is a great sport and uses the quilt. I was able to get the pink down to a light shade!
