Sunset Bargello

I am always seeking to expand on my quilting skills. I had always heard a Bargello quilt was difficult, well after seeing the tutorial by Jenny at Missouri Star, I said I can do that. I wanted to make a quilt for my niece for Christmas so I jumped into the quilt prep. I needed to find out her favorite color so I could purchase the jelly roll, well her fav color is orange, a color not easily found in jellyrolls. I decided to ask a friend of mine to aid my in the fabric selection to obtain the correct gradient. After all the fabric prep I dove into the cutting and construction. With the tutorial as my guide the construction was so easy. I would make this again maybe larger for a bed quilt. I hope my neice likes it.
