Jelly Roll Rugs

This was my first time making a jelly roll rug. I mistakenly made up the whole jelly roll with the 50 yard Bosal Katahdin Batting. Thoughts for next time; this time I just started sewing the strips as they came off the roll, next time I will divide the roll in half and then organize the strips so that I get dark in the center, light in the middle and dark on the outer edge for each of the rugs. It was not as hard as I thought it would be. Good tips in the RJ designs pattern. Glad I made 2 and very happy with both of them.
