My first commissioned project

The neighbor's son asked me to make a quilt for his wife for her birthday. I then asked him when her birthday was & when I found out she had the same birthay as my, how could I refuse. He was also a very good customer as he gave me almost 6 months to do it. I made a mock up of the pattern I wanted to use and in neutrals that he wanted. He picked out two of the colors. I used a star pattern of yours but cannot find the pattern name, but I did make a slight change. Instead of having the pattern make a smaller secondary star I used just a snowballed corner. It will be another month before I find out if this gals likes it but how can she not?
