Our Hearts are Thankful, an appreciation quilt

When my husband had a heart attack over 300 miles from home, a coworker/friend followed me home from the office and then drove me to the airport. This is normally not a huge undertaking except that I live 45 miles from the office, approx an hour drive one way, and the drive to the airport is approx. an hour and 10 mins. She sat with me until I was ready to check in and board. She shared her strength when I needed it and I hope this quilt helps to show her how thankful I am.
