My First Project On My New Sewing Machine

I finally purchased a new sewing machine in March of 2013. I had been looking at several online, wanting, wishing, trying to decide if I wanted to spend the money (around $400) on a new machine. Would I use it much or would it just sit there? My husband said to just order it. I was nervous when I pressed the submit button. I can say today, that this machine has been great and I have done several projects on it and just love it. I have made aprons before and they are quick to make so this was my first project using fabric (rose print and the back is plain red) I had on hand, I stayed up late to finish it. I was sew excited to start sewing.
