Alaskan Wolf

I started appliqueing this quilt about 10 years ago after a trip to Alaska. I had already completed one from a kit, but while visiting a quilt shop in Kenai I found a fabric kit that looked so much better than what came with the original. I got it all pieced and then it sat because I just couldn't decide how to quilt it. I'm a lot more experienced now and finally got all the applique quilted. I also had trouble matching a few of the threads and got lucky at the Road to CA show to find a variegated thread that matched one of the batiks perfectly. It's all done now and ready for our local fair.
