Jelly Roll Race for Rain

I saw this amazing fabric "Giggles" by Me and My Sister and I just knew it had to make a quilt for granddaughter #2 Rain. I watched Jenny's tutorial 10 times to make sure I was doing it right . . . it came out beautiful!
