Benefit Auction Quilt

My granddaughters attend a parochial school. Every year they hold a gala, complete with dinner, silent auction, live auction, raffles, to raise money for the school. This is my donation for this year. The school kids filled out some white strips for me with Bible passages, this is what we came up with, very simplistic quilting to let the beauty of the words shine through. I love that the kids helped so much! The pictures aren't exactly correct as far as the colors go. The dark background is actually blue, not black.
