John Deere quilt

I made this quilt for my brother's 79th birthday. We grew up on a farm and he always repaired and tinkered with any equipment that would need repair. This was skillfully quilted by the wonderful staff at Missouri Star Quilting Company. The tractor items were actually a old panel I had that was meant to be a man's apron. The plaids are from the stash of plaid material I recently cut into workable sizes. The green and yellow are from other quilt projects as well as the Green Bay Packer material on the back. I hope it keeps it warm up north when he falls asleep in his recliner watching TV.
