Log cabin

Today I sorted though generation photos . A box from my hubby's grandmother, mom and aunt and some from my mother and odd's and ends of mine. I found a photo of the very first quilt I made for my hubby's brother for a wedding give. Made in 1985 on hubby's grandmother Singer treadle with the help of her friend. As I worked more than full time most of the time, I didn't sew or quilt again until 2010 when asked to join our quilt group at church. As I wasn't sure of the brides décor in their home I made it in black and white. Though they are now divorced she still hasd It I found out recently from her son.
