Pillows

This is another embroidery project, sorry but it did use my quilting skills. It was a pre-made pillow with Velcro tabs in the back to hold the pillow close. It was hard to hoop, hoop slipped as well as all those stiches. It is impossible to start a pattern again in the same spot as you never hoop it again just accurate. So I cut a square out of the middle taking out the error and found some pretty material to put the design on and sewed the insert into the hole I cut in the pillow. Also I took the mistake and covered the error of messy stitching with some fancy upholstery rope I had and made another small pillow to match the big one This is for my daughter-in-law who loves Christmas. Now I promised the next item I post will be a quilt one.
