Repurposed Vest- Halloween Table Runner

I have so many vest panels, donations to our church of course. These I have had over six years I think. Made a few but not a hot craft sale item. So I decided to do something else with all of them. This was a medium size Halloween vest. Now a it a small table runner with 4 matching napkins. The center part is not appliqued it was the printed pattern on the vest. I stitched around all the printed patterns.
