Garden Song Pillow Shams

Making these up as I go, from the photo in the magazine. 4-inch blocks to match the 6-inch blocks in the (Marianne Elizabeth designed) quilt, plus full-size Maple Star block in the center. Need to be about 20 x 36, plus flange. June 6, 2013: Finished one pillow sham. It has a 2-inch flange all around. Quilted the top, with muslin backing. It is a little too loose, maybe I will launder it and it will shrink and look better. Jan 12, 2014. Have one completed, the other one just the top. Not sure if I used stiffener in the first one.
