Doll quilt and flag
Our guild does a project of making doll quilts to be given along with a doll by the Salvation Army at Christmas. I used the MSQC mini tumbler I purchased on a Daily Deal to cut 110 from different fabric scraps to make mine. It was fun to fussy cut a face or design when I could to add interest for a little girl. Then on a tutorial, prior to the latest BLOCK, I saw the Grand Old Flag in the background and decided I would do it with the mini tumbler as well. So I counted the pieces and put it together with peltex and a narrow binding. Sorry I forgot to photograph it after the binding. I gave it away to a sister-in-law with whom we stayed over the July 4th holiday.
