Dresden Irish Chain Quilt

I wanted to make a quick, easy project with the Dresden plate. I started out making a table runner. The blocks went together so quickly, I decided to turn my 3 into 15. They looked so much like sunflowers, it reminded me of my soon to be daughter in law. After completing the blocks, I wanted to do something special, besides just joining the Dresden blocks together. I looked on line for some ideas, and this is what I came up with. It's so colorful!
