Integrated Pinwheel

I used 10 inch precut squares and the Twister tool by CS Designs to make this quilt. Instructions come with the Twister. I was unconvinced this would turn out right, but it did! Someone very smart came up with this procedure. In retrospect, the pinwheels would stand out more with better contrast between light and dark fabrics alternating in the first step, i.e. the preliminary assembly of the 10 inch squares. I've been adding a little interest to my backings lately. I was very pleased with the quilting design I made up for the pinwheels and the spinning petals on the border.
