Orange Double Friendship Star

MSQC advertised the Kona Color of the Year (Tiger Lily) and this pattern, so I went for it. I ended up making 90 star blocks, and used them all in the quilt, making it a king size! I'll be gifting it to my sister and her husband (die-hard Texas Longhorns) as a housewarming gift when they move back to Texas. This color is probably the closest I (a Texas Aggie) can come to using burnt orange as the feature color in a quilt!
