West Wind Quilt Block

This is No. 12 of my walking-foot challenge and the quilt block design is from MSQC BLOCK Idea Book, Vol 7, Issue 5, 2020, I love the simplicity of the flying geese pattern and decided that wavy lines were in order for the quilting. I used Jacquie Gering's WALK: Organic Curves and Leah Day's EXPLORE Walking Foot Quilting: Crazy Curves as my guides for the quilting. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be with my walking-foot and very quick and fun! I used left over scraps from my Bear Paw quilt I'm currently working on: Woolies Flannel, Vol. 2 Colors by Bonnie Sullivan for Maywood Studio and cotton Painter's Canvas/drop cloth tarp.
