Raina’s Quilt

I purchased this jelly roll (Claude Monet Digitally Printed Roll Up by Sudio RK for Robert Kaufman) at MSQ with no idea how I would use it; I just loved the colors and knew I would find the right design. So, it was tucked away for a bit...ok, for a few months. Then one day I watched Jenny’s tutorial for Jelly Roll Race 2 and got such a kick out of it and thought why not try it myself and what do ya know, there’s the Monet fabric just waiting! This quilt was a joy to create and a joy to give to my granddaughter Raina. She’s 17 and this quilt just suits her personality and energy, it’s a perfect fit.
