Picnic Quilt

The idea of a picnic quilt came to me last year at a BBQ when I was once again sitting on my cheap fleece blanket and as the sun was setting I could feel it getting damp including myself. So I was thinking of making a quilt with a waterproof backside using waterproof sailcloth also described as Oxford Cotton. Only the top and fleece are quilted and then attached to the backside.
