A Little Sunshine Amidst The Rain

One of the physicians that I work with was recently diagnosed with cancer. I wanted to make him something to help brighten up his days and give him a little comfort. When my husband was very ill, a very kind woman made him a crocheted blanket and that meant the world to him, I hope this blanket does the same for my friend. I adapted this pattern from a JayBird quilt pattern called Off the Rails.
