My X and O Quilt

I made a throw quilt for each of my family members and decided that it was time to make one just for me. My home colors are mostly gray, turquoise, aqua and red, so I wanted to make a quilt that would look good on the couch. It was my first time making something this complicated. I dug into my giant stash of fat quarters that I had and went to town cutting strips and sewing them up. Originally I wanted it to all have the same pattern repeating, but my daughter proclaimed that she liked it mixed up with the X and O pattern. And so I listened. I quilted it myself on my home machine with a walking foot and a double corner stone pattern.
