OMG

Grandbaby #8 is due at the end of May. Her name is going to be Olive Megan Gene - OMG. :)

SHE'S HERE! :) She arrived on May 2 at 1:33 PM 7 lbs 5 oz, 20 inches long. :) My son, Olive's future uncle, is 9 and he wanted to make a quilt for the new baby. He picked out this kit from Walmart. It is cute but I will NEVER, EVER buy fur fabric for a quilt project again, lol. Even with a walking foot - a digital walking foot - that stuff was awful to sew. It sure feels soft but it stretches horribly. So even though Patrick CAN sew a quilt, I sewed this one b/c of the fur.

Of course he insisted that HE get all the credit, lol.
