Long May She Wave

Another QOV member passed two panels on to me, to do 'something' with. I had to trim all the sides of the panel off, because it was so out of shape. I used some star fabric to go on the sides to frame it up and add width, although it is not exactly like the stars in the top and bottom of the panel. I used 2.5 x 6.5 rectangles to hopefully, make it look like the flag continuing to wave, like in the panel. The overall size is 64 wide x 83 long.
