QOV

One of three exact same panels passed on to me by another QOV member. (I have uploaded them here )She didn't know how to piece something around the panel to make it into QOV size. I did each one different, so they wouldn't look alike. I decided to float stars around this panel. I wasn't excited about this one until it was quilted. Now I really like it.
