QOV Eagles panel

I was given two panels just alike. This is the first one I have made. Panel is by Northcott. I made 12 inch Ohio Stars and then cut my stripes at 4.5 inch . Very easy to put together and center up the panel with the blocks around. Another Quilt of Valor finish.
