Goshen Star

I wanted something to really showcase the Moda line named "Best of Morris". I am a fan of the Arts and Crafts movement and have mission style furniture in my home, so the quilt is perfect for my bed. One 10" square in the layer cake makes a 10 " block when combined with background fabric . So, this quilt was made with 1/2 of a layer cake! The Goshen block dates to about 1900.. This quilt measures about 75 x 75.
