Jenny's Crosswalk Quilt with a twist

I had strips left from the previous black and white quilts so I decided to use them in the crosswalk block. After putting them on the design wall, I decided more "pop" was needed so I snowballed the 2 corners with red. Hope Jenny doesn't mind the slight change in her block!

Lemonade Lolliepop - Baby Girl Quilt

Our niece was having a baby girl so I made this quilt pattern. I used Wyndham Basic Pastels. I made two flannel receiving blankets and a couple of burp cloths and a cute zipper bag for short trips that has a see-through front and a detachable handle. Having the babies name embroidered was a cute addition. The pattern is called Lemonade Lillipop. I also used a soft pale Lavendar minky on the back. The cute flowers with hearts quilting is just so cute!

Flower Girl

This was my immediate plan when I watched Jenny's tutorial for the Dizzy Daisies. Bright fabrics on a crisp white background! I quilted different flower styles in the pinks and oranges and did vines with leaves on the vertical sashing. Horizontal sashing got rows of little flowers.
