She loves teal blue and her late husband loved orange. We had a heck of a time getting orange grosgrain ribbon sewed on straight. We finally had it perfect and realized we had sewn it on the wrong side instead of crying we started laughing hysterically. It’s a memory she still has. This solid blue fabric was left over from those curtains and I used a mixed stash of jelly rolls for the rest. I only had to purchase backing it’s in the mail to her now and I wish I could see her face when she opens it. I’m sure my brother will snap a picture for me.
