Scrap Chaos
                  Even though it looks chaotic, this quilt was assembled using a procedure.  I gathered my scraps, trimmed them into rectangles, stitched the pieces into a strip about two feet long.  Sewed 2, 3 or 4 strips together to come out to width of 4-1/2 inches.  Combined those together at their ends to make one very long strip.  Cut the strip into rhombus shapes.  Created hexagons by sewing together 3 rhombus.  Sewed together the hexagons to create the chaos you see.  While it did use up a lot of my scraps, which I liked, the overall assembly is really not very pleasant to look at.  So, different and practical which I can settle for.
