  A Walk down Memory Lane or get rid of it all!

  My heart was in all this fabric. Some bits could tell a story some bits are just... well you know, some were downright wrong. I was drawn to each and everyone at a certain time. This is to remind me that all the bits and pieces matter.

  My Niece's Quilt

  This quilt was made for my niece as a surprise Christmas gift. Last year she spent a semester in Chile working with children. The silhouette is raw edge applique & taken from a photo of her & a little girl in Chile. The bible verse is hand embroidered. The quilting was done with my walking foot with inspiration from Jacquie Gerings Craftsy classes. The back is pieced. I really enjoyed working on this quilt and my niece's reaction to it made it all worth while.   Fishy Quilt

  String Me Along

  Checkered lattice

  I love to make quilts to give to people I love. I buy fabric I like and then I match the fabric to whom I feel that it fits. I made this quilt for a co worker who donated her kidney to her son. Yes she loved it
